Whoa...look at the size of that!

Ricardo took a picture of my belly today. Thankfully it won't get much bigger but whoa...is it big now! My belly button never did pop out and stretch marks did not curse me at all...thank the Lord!

Maternity Pics

Today we picked up our wonderful maternity pictures. We're very pleased with how they turned out and can't wait to display them in our house. Ricardo was so excited with the surprise of 2 extra pictures that I bought for him.

Guess which side the baby is on...

Since the baby is so big he has a hard time actually getting too crazy. But, since I took it easy most of the weekend and laid on the couch, the baby took advantage of having some room and really went to town working on his gymnastics skills. Today he took residence on the right side of my belly and stayed there for quite some time creating quite a scene. What you're seeing is his back sticking up out of my stomach.

Baby Shower #2

Yesterday I had my second baby shower here at work. A few friends including my boss (in the green shirt and khakis) threw a fun shower for me and Ricardo complete with yummy food, a lot of gifts, and even more importantly lots of laughter!

New Table

Our new table has arrived! As soon as our maternity pics come in we're going to get new black frames that match the exsisting frames and mirror and hang it over the side board on the other end where the refurbished window is currently hanging. Can't wait!

Super Shopping Weekend

This weekend we decided to drive up to our favorite furniture store and order our new dining room table and chairs (purchase #1). We got an awesome deal and can't wait to get it delivered this week. My parents are storing our old table that my dad made at their house until my sister gets her own house someday. Now, for purchase #2...My hubby finally bought himself a new car after totalling his this past January. He dropped me off at my mom's and then proceeded to spend six hours on Saturday wheeling and dealing. Well, we all got a good chuckle over his constant searching every day for the best deal but it paid off. He ended up saving $6000 off the original price. Now, it looks like we've got some serious stock in Jeep since we both have Jeeps.
