Mr. Green belt

This next month marks Alexander's 3rd year in karate. He had a big test tonight for green belt. The amount of vocabulary they have to know is crazy and the fact that it's in Japanese makes it even crazier! He had 3 pages of vocab that covered everything from simple terms like red and blue to what I would call compound words that name blocks and stances. It's amazing to me that his 6(almost 7) year old brain can handle all that! He was really nervous for the test but he passed with flying colors and trust me he gets no breaks from his dad. We had to celebrate after with dinner at Qdoba!
