Fun Sunday

Today started off early with a trip to the zoo with the Grabowskis. It was early but already super hot. We had a great time regardless and ended up being there for about 2 1/2 hours. Gracie and Alexander really enjoyed seeing the animals but were definately done when we left. Alexander fell asleep in the car shortly after we left and slept for a few hours after that. Take notice that Melissa and I did not end up in any of the pictures. Huh? In the afternoon we headed to Texas Roadhouse for a fundraiser for the karate school with our friend Nicci and a few of the other families and then stopped by the bowling alley with all of them. We ended up staying there for a few hours and had a nice time visiting and hanging out. Alexander, I think, got the biggest kick out of being there. We let him run around with the kids unattended (for the most part) because he was with his favorite pal Zane. He got to bowl for the first time (thought he should kick it) and got to play with all of the bowling balls and the video games. He even got to share a cherry slushy with Zane which he thought was super cool. Honestly he probably would have went home with Zane and his brothers if we let him...either that or Zane would have come home with us.

New Cleaning Method

Doesn't he make it look so easy?

REALLY?

A child sized helmet and a temporary tattoo does not say, "hey, I've got it together"!

We love yard work!

Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for coming down to help us get rid of a bunch of wood and do some tree trimming. Ricardo did A LOT of work Saturday in the yard and most everyone knows he does not like yard work!!! But man, doesn't he look good doing it???

Weekend pics...

This weekend we had tons to do...went to play with girlfriend Gracie at her house (forgot to take pics, ugh), saw Grammy and Grampy, and then went play with Aunt ChaChi and her friends. Alexander had tons of fun in Angie's pool and with her dogs and all of her daughter's toys. Best of all, he got to take one of the toys home as a gift. He had to hold it in the car and fell asleep on the way home. :)
