Goo-goo eyes at Daddy

Mia loves her daddy! Anytime he talks to her she always has a smile and bright eyes for him. I think daddy loves his little princessa just a tad too! :)

Have tournament will travel

We headed out Friday for another tournament. This was Mia's first road trip and she did great. Like her brother she's a natural traveler and seemed to enjoy all the activities. She graced us with a 7 hour sleep too which was amazing! Alexander, as always, enjoyed hanging with his karate siblings and so did his little sis! So blessed to have these folks in our lives!!!!

Meme's Bike

Alexander was so excited Saturday when Meme drove up on her bike...Black Betty (Ya, that's it's name). He had to put on her helmet and sit on the bike. 

Tent...well box city

Anyone who knows us at all knows we have a garage (warehouse) full of boxes...both empty and full of karate equipment. Not full like most people think full but full like you can't walk. It really is Ricardo's warehouse. So, why is it that last week Alexander had a complete meltdown because he wanted a giant empty box at the UPS store? He literally came home crying because Ricardo said no. He tried to convince me that the box was worth it because it was HUGE! I said there's a dozen empty equipment boxes in the garage...he still insisted nothing we had was as big. Well, he was so adamant about the box that Ricardo finally caved. Unfortunately, he was right. Nothing we had was as big! Ugh!!! Now he is living in his box that is conveniently attached to his pop up tent in the middle of our living room! I had to snap a few photos of him contemplating how to finish construction then peeking out of the back hatch.

Easter 2015

Thankfully Ricardo got home from his Vegas trip this morning in time for us to head to church with our family of 4 for the first time. Alexander opted to wear his new turtle shirt that the Easter Bunny brought him and Mia wore her new dress that my bestie Teresa bought her as a gift last week. She was pretty popular at church let me tell you. What can I say, Ricardo and I make really attractive kids!!!

Family fun...

Had dinner with the fam this evening. Mom took a sec and snapped some shots. We were pretty much making a scene being loud and laughing. Never fails! 

Great Grandparents

While Ricardo was in Vegas my grandma came to stay with us. She really helped out a lot by keeping Alexander company and watching Mia if I had to do something. My kids are really blessed to be able to know their great grandparents and have a relationship with them!
